Club Workouts are on, 6:00 PM every Tuesday.

All levels of runners all welcome, you don’t have to be fast to come work out on the track with us.  Ricky and Demery Cox will lead the group to help you get faster.  It’s a friendly atmosphere and spend time with others who have a similar goal:  Get Faster!
